ASMO aims to provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The role holder is responsible for reviewing and analyzing company investments in assets and long-term leases to and assess the economic, financial, and risks measured associated with such investments. The role holder is expected to finalize a Business Case Assessment package, review it with relevant stakeholders, and provide a recommendation to the approval authority.

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Business Case Assessment package for all investments in CAPEX and Long-term Leases including BCA Paper and Investment Model covering project description, financial KPIs, risk assessment, buy-vs-lease analysis
  • Review and align with relevant stakeholders on inputs data, assumptions, and final recommendation
  • When required, present the Business Case Assessment to the appropriate approval level to obtain the final decision including Companys Executive Committee and Board of Directors
  • Assist colleagues in other investments and commercial controlling matters
  • Archive all BCA documents along with their approvals documentations in a safe and discreet manner
  • Ability to communicate clearly and properly with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement all relevant Departments policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate documentations and reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
  • CFA / CISI / ACCA preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
  • 5 years experience in the same Field.
