Summary
Investment analyst builds client relationships, maintains reports, and performs portfolio rebalancing using spreadsheets and AI tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
- Meeting in-house consultants to market and promote various investment solutions
- Build relationships with and attend meetings with product providers
- Maintaining various in-house fact sheets and reports
- Performs periodic in-house portfolio rebalancing
- Update and upkeep data in our in-house software
- Prepare reports meant for investment committee meeting
- Take meeting notes as and when required
- Other tasks assigned by the Director
Experience:
- Minimum 2-years with a Fund House, investment platforms, banks and FA firms doing investment related functions.
- Familiar and comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Claude etc)
- Comfortable with Microsoft spreadsheet doing simple modelling and PowerPoint presentation.
