📊 What You'll Be Doing
• Review and oversee indirect investment partner reports prepared by external service providers
• Ensure Net Asset Value (NAV) developments are accurately and timely reflected
• Handle queries relating to investment partner reports from various internal departments
• Identify gaps or issues in service provider reports and work with relevant parties to resolve them
• Support process improvement initiatives and help optimise existing workflows
• Assist with processing reports relating to direct real estate assets
• Support the broader Investment Valuation Control team
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing initiatives and other projects
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
