Investment Analyst — Grandway (Singapore)

Job Summary

You will support the portfolio manager across the full investment process at a MAS-licensed multi-family office managing discretionary multi-asset mandates for a select group of families.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manager and fund due diligence materials by reviewing factsheets, DDQs, and GP documents to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Run screening and peer comparison analyses to identify relative strengths and weaknesses of investment options
  • Draft clear, actionable Investment Committee memos summarizing research findings and recommendations
  • Monitor portfolio NAV and performance by tracking exposures, conducting attribution analysis, and calculating fees
  • Conduct market and macroeconomic research to inform asset allocation and tactical investment positioning
  • Perform company-level financial modeling and term-sheet analysis for direct and private investments
  • Prepare client and board reporting materials that communicate portfolio status and investment insights effectively
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a lean team, managing diverse tasks including detailed and routine work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • CFA candidate or charterholder preferred
  • Accounting qualification also welcome
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, investment banking, transaction services, or fund administration
