Investment Associate
You will identify early-stage startup investment opportunities, with a focus on blockchain-related businesses. You will conduct investment reviews and analyses, assess company value, prepare investment materials, and execute investments. You will manage portfolio companies, coordinate investment-contract terms and investment review reports, support fundraising and LP recruitment, assist with investment attraction and business planning, conduct external cooperation work, and develop and execute exit strategies.
Responsibilities
- Source early-stage startup investment opportunities
- Review and analyze blockchain-related companies
- Assess company value and prepare investment materials
- Evaluate investment feasibility and execute investments
- Manage portfolio companies
- Coordinate investment-contract terms and prepare investment review reports
- Support fundraising and LP recruitment
- Support investment attraction, business planning, startup assistance, and external cooperation
- Develop and execute investment exit strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business-level English proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience as a VC investment professional
- Eligibility for overseas travel
