Summary
Renewa is currently looking for a Houston-based Senior Finance Associate to support investment underwriting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision making across the platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building models, improving processes, and being deeply involved in how we evaluate and manage investments. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, asset performance, and capital deployment decisions.
- Support the development of investment memoranda, internal reporting, and materials for senior management.
- Identify and help implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the finance function.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to support transaction execution and ongoing asset management.
- Own and manage proprietary datasets, including aggregation, validation, and summarization of large data sets.
