Investment Banking Analyst
Summary
Build financial models, pitch books, and due-diligence materials for M&A and capital-markets deals while supporting client relationships.
You will support investment-banking deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management. You will conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, build financial models, assist with due diligence and transaction documentation, and produce accurate client materials.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program
- Conduct company and industry research
- Prepare pitch books and support deal origination
- Build and maintain financial models for transaction analysis
- Assist with due diligence, documentation, and client communications
- Collaborate on strategic advisory and capital-markets transactions
- Ensure presentation materials and client deliverables are accurate and high quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or an equivalent field
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- SIE, 79, and 63 certifications
