Our Seattle, WA location is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst. The anticipated start date for this role is: September 2026.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mergers & Acquisitions: Researches and prepares complex financial models and M&A process
documents; conducts detailed and rigorous analysis through trading & transaction comparable and other modeling. Creates draft teaser & M&A offering documents utilizing the complex financial models; prepares pitch books & client marketing presentations using independent judgment to tailor; attends client meetings as needed.
Buyer identification: Assists in the identification of buyers for sell-side clients through in-depth
research and analysis. Tracks detailed information related to those buyers as well as other M&A/deal related information. Assists with the due diligence process to include but not limited to client site visits to gather data and identification and correction of areas of due diligence vulnerability. Responsible for project vetting and client acceptance as well as development and maintenance of the buyer and sell-side client database.
Transactional support: Supports team as needed with aspects of the transaction process, including but not limited to industry research, company due diligence process, and detailed research as needed.
Conducts multifaceted analyses that help inform terms and structure of transaction.
Logistics Coordination: Tracks information on buyers; create complex excel based and other technical program financial modeling, coordinate schedules with external and internal participants along with logistics for investment banking related events.
Internal Client Support: Provides project management support as needed to Investment Banking
team. Serves as point person for various topics as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required – Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting strongly preferred.
Certifications / Licenses - Series 63 within 6 months of hire.
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $70,000.00 – $138,000.00
