Summary
Investment Banking Associate at KEB Hana Bank Singapore prepares credit applications, manages loan transactions, and supports financial analysis for syndicated loans under MAS regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the IB Associate at KEB Hana Bank Singapore Branch will include, but will not be limited to:
- Prepare necessary credit applications, seek credit approvals and KYC process/execution/documentation of the syndicated loan transactions in compliance with MAS regulations and KEB Hana internal policy
- Prepare periodic management reports on new, renewal and existing loans followed by MAS guidelines and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Deal with various ad-hoc requests from Head Office and liaise with Head Office Credit Approval Department and Investment Banking Division in relation to any risk related matters
- Provide support and overall assistance to senior managers and contribute to achievement of profit target and objectives
- Assist to conduct periodic borrower's credit rating
- Assist to client due diligence and financial analysis
Requirements
- Strong team player acting as part of the Investment Banking team at KEB Hana Bank Singapore Branch
- Minimum 2 years' experiences in Banking Industry is preferred
- Fast and keen learner
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Proficient with MS Excel/Word
- Experience with loan documentation and credit issues in banks
- Good command of Korean and other languages would also be an advantage
