Supports syndicated loan operations for acquisition and project financing, handling due diligence, credit memos, and borrower performance tracking while managing loan documentation and administrative tasks.
Job description
- Conduct due diligence, prepare an internal credit memo for approval, check whether the conditions precedent for the initial or additional drawdown have been satisfied and track the borrower’s performance throughout the syndicated loan’s life cycle. The primary objectives of the loan are acquisition and project financing
- Support the daily and essential operations and performing administrative tasks in Syndicated loan team
- Review/handle structured and syndicated loan documentation
Qualification
- Proficient or fluent in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean counterparts and clients (preferred)
- Fresh graduate candidates are welcome
- A Degree in Finance and Accounting is a plus
- CFA Level 1 certificate preferred
