Overview
Listed Derivatives (LD) is DB’s global futures and options services business within CB&S, and offers exchange-traded derivatives execution, clearing and related services.
The Futures & Options business is integrated into Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Banking and Services division through the Market Prime Finance group, which gives clients the ability to leverage the entire Deutsche Bank product suite. The business is highly client-focused with our global client base comprising of a broad range of central banks, asset managers, hedge funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, High Frequency Traders, CTA’s, pension funds, insurance companies and commercial banks, providing an in-depth and evolving understanding of exchange traded derivatives.

Listed Derivatives Client Services Team provides services to the Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney clients. The group deals in futures and options products wherein client servicing are the main duties and responsibilities of the team. Responsible for being the first point of contact for our external clients from inception to account closure. The purpose of the client services function is to enhance the client’s experience with Deutsche Bank through supporting any queries, building a strong relationship with our clients, and broadcasting client related information to the bank’s various departments.

Your key responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for our external clients from inception to account closure to enhance the client’s experience with Deutsche Bank through supporting any queries, building a strong relationship with our clients, and broadcasting client related information to the bank’s various departments.
Prioritize and coordinate requests and escalations from clients as the first point of contact regarding trade confirmations, allocations, account set up, orders and system issues.
Contribute proactively to the ongoing cycle of continuous improvement expected for all processes and infrastructure.
Adhere to risk management and escalation protocols/procedures for all functions and processes under Listed Derivatives remit.
Investigate queries received from Clearing Operations, clients, Sales, Traders and offshore Deutsche Bank offices.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance course or its equivalent with good understanding and experience in Operations, preferably in line management. Experience in handling futures, prior experience in client services.
Role is open to fresh graduates

Excellent communication skills – expected to maintain regular contact with the onshore managers to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis as well as understand and plan for changes to be implemented.
Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues. Ability to multi-task and keep clear performance reports. Also, use the reports generated to drive conversations with onshore partners for further improvement to the team.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
