Investment banking analyst advises media companies on mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Our client, an elite investment banking boutique, is a leading firm with expertise in mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, restructuring, liability management, capital markets, and growth capital. Since its founding in June 2015, our client has advised on over $850 billion in transactions across various industries. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Stamford, this elite boutique investment bank has established a strong presence in key financial centers.

  • Support execution of complex media M&A transactions from origination through close
  • Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
  • Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
  • Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on media
  • Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
