Job description and Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions), merger modeling, and LBO analysis.
Transaction Execution Support: Assist in the execution of M&A deals by preparing materials such as information memoranda, process letters, and management presentations.
Industry & Company Research: Conduct market and company research to support deal execution and origination, including buyer/seller mapping and sector screening.
Client Materials Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentations and pitchbooks for client meetings, board discussions, and deal marketing.
Process Coordination: Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and liaise with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders across live transactions.
