Summary

Provides investment advice and portfolio management for high-net-worth clients, analyzing markets and asset classes to recommend tailored financial strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide investment advisory and portfolio solutions based on clients’ investment objectives, risk profiles and market conditions.

  • Conduct market research and analysis across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, ETFs, structured products and other investment instruments.

  • Develop investment ideas and recommendations based on macroeconomic trends, market developments and investment opportunities.

  • Assist in portfolio construction, asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing to achieve clients’ investment objectives.

  • Monitor existing investment portfolios and provide regular portfolio reviews and recommendations.

  • Prepare investment proposals, portfolio analysis, market updates and other investment-related materials.

  • Evaluate investment products and opportunities, including risk-return characteristics and suitability for different investment strategies.

  • Liaise with private banks, financial institutions, fund managers and other external counterparties on investment products, market information and execution matters.

  • Support management and/or Relationship Managers in investment discussions and presentations.

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure investment activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Perform other investment-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Banking or a related discipline.

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, asset management, family office or a related financial services environment.

  • Good understanding of financial markets and multiple asset classes, particularly equities, fixed income and investment funds.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities independently.

  • Ability to construct and review investment portfolios based on different investment objectives and risk profiles.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • CFA, CAIA or other relevant professional qualifications would be an advantage.
