General Summary and Purpose:
The Investment Floor Operations Analyst serves as a key operational partner within the Investment Administration team, working alongside Investment Floor Operations team to support the day-to-day functioning of Pioneer Investments. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with mutual fund or securities industry experience to develop a broad, cross-functional understanding of investment operations while working in close proximity to portfolio managers, traders, and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with sharp organizational instincts, a service-oriented mindset, and the composure to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment — someone who is easy to work with, eager to learn, and comfortable taking direction while also showing initiative.
You will report to: Director, Investment Floor Operations – Pioneer Investments
You Will:
Operational Support:
- Serve as a direct support resource to the Director, Investment Floor Operations across daily operational tasks and ad hoc projects
- Assist in managing operational aspects of the Investment Floor, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Help coordinate and track the semi-annual Broker Vote process and related interaction tracking
Vendor & Resource Coordination:
- Assist in maintaining relationships with key vendors and research providers (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI, ICE)
- Help facilitate onboarding of new resources and manage access provisioning for Investment staff in coordination with the centralized vendor management team
Reporting:
- Support local and global reporting needs
- Assist with monthly headcount and AUM tracking reporting
Process & Documentation:
- Support the documentation of existing operational processes and assist in developing new ones as the department evolves
- Help manage and track permissions and access rights for US Investment Department members
- Maintain organized records, files, and open issue logs according to established procedures
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a responsive point of contact for internal requests for information related to Pioneer Investments operational matters
- Liaise, as needed, with internal stakeholders across Pioneer Investments and Victory Capital on integration-related initiatives
- Interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels, including senior executives and portfolio managers
You Have:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related analytical field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the mutual fund or securities industry; operational experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management capabilities and the discipline to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with database applications and the Windows operating system
- Exposure to Bloomberg or similar industry platforms is a plus

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $65k-$80k
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
