Investment Fund Accounting Associate
Join a MAS-licensed AI-powered quantitative hedge fund as we build out our fund operations team. This is a hands-on role covering the full fund lifecycle across our Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures.
What You'll Do
- Process investor subscriptions and redemptions, manage account openings, and maintain fund documentation
- Review NAV reports from fund administrators and support annual audits
- Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, and service providers as a key point of contact
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field (No experience are welcomed)
- Prior exposure to investment funds, fund administration, or fund accounting internship is a plus
- Strong attention to detail — you'll be handling numbers and documents that matter
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, high-ownership team
- Genuine curiosity about financial markets, investment funds, and how they operate
