We are working with a leading Real Estate developer to appoint an Investment Manager who oversee the identification of site acquisitions for future development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the Head of Investments to identify development opportunities
- Corresponding directly with senior stakeholders to provide advice and updates on existing and potential investments
- The provision of regular investment updates and financial reporting
- Asset management of a large portfolio of real estate assets including managing relationships with property managers and tenants, advising on leasing, rent reviews, asset strategy, dilapidations, refurbishment programs, and provision of regular investment updates
- Critical analysis of investment propositions to include the preparation of financial analysis and modelling, detailed investment appraisals and carrying out detailed due diligence
- Monitoring the property investment market for potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification desired in Real Estate (Chartered Surveyor)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Previous experience in real estate asset management or investment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proven self-starter with good organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible and positive attitude to work with a professional and friendly manner
