Position Overview
The Investment Analyst / Manager provides investment underwriting, financial modelling and decision support for HSCALE’s development portfolio and strategic growth plans. The role assesses project economics across the full development lifecycle, from site selection and land acquisition through permitting, customer contracting, construction and Ready for Service. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role forms part of the Finance function but has a broader enterprise-wide remit. It works closely with Development, Commercial, Strategy and Operations to bring together financial, commercial, operational and market inputs, challenge underlying assumptions and establish a consistent view of investment performance, risk and value creation.
