Investment Manager (Private Equity/SFO)
- Working closely with the CEO, this role drives investment strategy, manages portfolio companies, and ensures operational and financial excellence.
- Responsible for investment management – to evaluate and present recommendations as well as oversee investee performance
- Identify new opportunities aligned with office goals
- Manage internal/outsourced finance, legal, and compliance resources
- Build networks with investors, partners and portfolio companies
- Conduct portfolio reviews and maintain financial models
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics. CFA/MBA preferred
- Strong work tenure; at least 8 years of experience as Finance Manager in a family office/private investment management/corporate finance
- Possess strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling
- Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook,Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
- High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment. Leader with a collaborative and hands-on approach
- Office location: Onsite near Bukit Merah| Mon –Fri (9:30am – 6:30pm)
