Investment Operations Manager/Senior Manager
A leading global asset management firm is looking for an experienced Investment Operations Manager/Senior Manager to join its Middle Office Oversight team.
The role will oversee an outsourced middle-office service provider, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of investment book-of-record data across pricing, transactions and positions. You will act as a key point of escalation for operational and data issues, working closely with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee outsourced middle-office operations and ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of investment data.
Investigate and resolve data breaks and discrepancies across investment and downstream systems.
Monitor service-provider performance, controls, SLAs and operational issues, driving escalation and remediation where required.
Partner with Operations, Technology and other stakeholders on BAU issues, transitions and process improvements.
Support incident management, root-cause analysis and enhancements to the overall oversight and control framework.
Review service-provider/vendor invoices and validate charges against agreed contractual terms.
Requirements
8+ years' experience within asset management middle office, investment operations or service-provider oversight.
Strong understanding of investment operations, including cash flows, pricing, transactions, positions and fund accounting processes.
