The role
We're looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery of Symal's Investor Relations function. Reporting to the GM Finance – Corporate Finance, you'll help shape how the investment market understands Symal's performance, strategy and growth story.
This role offers significant exposure to senior executives, investors, analysts and the broader capital markets community. You'll be responsible for preparing investor communications, analysing market and shareholder data, coordinating investor events and supporting engagement with investors and analysts. Ensuring all activities are delivered professionally and in line with ASX reporting and disclosure obligations.
Your everyday

Prepare investor presentations, ASX announcements, reporting materials and executive briefing documents.

Analyse shareholder register activity and maintain investor, analyst and market intelligence databases.

Support investor engagement activities including AGMs, investor days, roadshows and conferences.

Monitor market sentiment, analyst coverage and consensus forecasts, providing insights to stakeholders.

Coordinate investor communications, enquiries and reporting schedules while maintaining disclosure compliance.
Who are you?

Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Communications or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial markets and listed company environments.

Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail.

Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
Highly regarded:

Experience within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.

Completion of, or progress towards, the AIRA Diploma of Investor Relations.
