Investor Relations Director

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage the investment/M&A deal pipeline in line with the Investment Division’s directions.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of investment/M&A opportunities and consolidate recommendations for review before submission to Management / Board.
• Coordinate deal execution within the assigned scope and monitoring of closing conditions.
• Analyze and propose capital structure options.
• Lead the development and update of financial models for long-range planning, present analysis to support decision direction.
• Assess investment efficiency and capital allocation and provide recommendations to optimize the capital efficiency.
• Monitor the post-investment portfolio and recommend actions to improve capital efficiency.
• Prepare materials on investment opportunities, capital structure,portfolio performance, scenario analysis and decision-making recommendations.
• Establish and maintain investment governance processes.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure analytical quality, compliance, deal timeline and implementation feasibility.
• Manage and develop the M&A/Investment Analysis team.
• Any other task assigned by Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Investment, Economics,Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum10-12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investmentbanking, M&A, investment strategy, audit/transaction advisory or capitalmarkets, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in IPOs,listings, fundraising, bond/equity issuance, and working with institutionalinvestors, investment banks, auditors, lawyers and regulators.
• Experience in FMCG/agriculture/food or internationally operating companies.
• Strongcapabilities in financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, capitalstructure and investment efficiency assessment; solid understanding of capitalmarkets, M&A, IPO/listing processes and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to develop equity story, investor materials, Board/Management reports, Q&A andfinancial communication messages.
• Strong communication, presentation,negotiation, stakeholder management, project management and cross-bordercollaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
• Experiences working with international markets.
