Investor Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment institutions.

• Develop new investor networks and support the company’s fundraising and capital-raising initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.

• Prepare investor presentations, corporate profiles, and fundraising materials.

• Organise investor meetings, roadshows, and networking activities.

• Monitor share price performance, trading activities, and capital market developments.

• Assist with SGX announcements, corporate reporting, and other corporate finance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, wealth management, or financial services preferred.

• Strong networking, business development, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Existing investor networks or experience in fundraising would be a strong advantage.
