Investor Relations Manager
As the Investor Relations Manager you will act as the primary bridge between the AppWorks ecosystem and its limited partners. You will manage communications with prestigious financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, prominent global tech companies, family offices, and prospective investors around the world. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic relationship management, fund operations, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term bonds with LPs and stakeholders at top-tier institutional investors, corporate investors and family offices
- Lead the preparation of investor relation materials and facilitate investor meetings
- Ensure all fund management activities remain compliant with regulatory standards and best practices
- Develop a holistic view of the portfolio to analyze performance and translate startup progress into meaningful updates for investors
- Play a key role in fundraising initiatives, from preparing materials to managing prospective investor pipelines
- Maintain and expand the corporate partner network
Requirements
- 4-6 years of working experience, ideally in client-facing / relationship management roles
- Ability to self-drive and execute; skillful in problem-solving, with excellent attention to details
- Potent written and verbal communications in both English and Mandarin, sensitive to signaling and choice of words
