**Job Description:**
Panga Capital is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role will focus on connecting Panga Capital with a diverse group of investors, including family offices, funds of funds, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, high-net-worth individuals, and more. The ideal candidate will also coordinate events, facilitate introductions, and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, and knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
· Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, funds of funds, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, high-net-worth individuals, and other relevant investors.
· Coordinate events, conferences, and networking opportunities to facilitate relationship-building and investment opportunities.
· Identify and engage potential investors, guiding them through the fundraising process and ensuring smooth communication.
· Represent Panga Capital at key industry events and conferences, helping to expand the firm’s presence in the investment community.
· Assist the internal team in achieving Panga Capital’s strategic goals and objectives.
**Requirements**:
· Fluency in Mandarin and English.
· Proven experience in investor relations with private equity, venture capital, hedge fund or similar funds.
· Strong connections with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Web3 experience or connections is a plus.
