- Build and maintain client trust by delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate and transparent information at all times.
- Improve of the overall customer experience by continuously learning about challenges and finding the best possible ways towards growth.
Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions via phone, email, live chat.
- Listening to customer concerns patiently, resolving issues efficiently and professionally and escalating problems to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Updating customer information in the system.
- Preparing relevant reports and sharing it with higher management.

Qualification: Bachelor's Finance, business and adminstration.
