Invoice Accountant (m/f/d)

• Control of incoming invoices (quantity, price, payment conditions, payment address, etc.)
• Clarifications regarding credit notes, complaints, reminders
• Checking the delivery notes for individual invoices
• Clarification with the individual departments and suppliers
• Saving the documents in the data archive
• Posting of invoices and credit notes in the ERP system
• Approval of the invoice (price checked)
• Preparing reports for Head of SCM
• Preparing reports for internal meetings (open invoices – cash flow statement)
• Checking the customs documentation
• Posting of invoices
• Monitoring of open accounts and closing
• Preparing reports

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
• Familiar with the accounting regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work on multiple tasks
• Good command of Croatian is required, along with good English skills (German is an advantage)
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
