As invoice owner and Order Management Analyst, you need to:
- Operate customer invoice creation, flow, delivery with 0 issue, and 100% on time;
- Lead invoice related project with clear CPS, BPL, test;
- Optimize invoice E2E process and handle the issue;
- Handle customer order related operation, meet order related KPI.
