- Manage customer inquiries related to spare parts, including standard items, packages, and overhaul solutions
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, including tracking status and ensuring timely delivery
- Arrange shipments and liaise with logistics partners to support smooth distribution
- Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Material Management, and Finance to ensure seamless operations
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and team
- Support overall business operations through additional assigned tasks
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or import/export operations
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Letter of Credit processes
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Team-oriented with a strong service mindset and ability to work across functions
- Ability to work independently and commute to the Bangna office
