Summary
This is a 3-month contract role for an iOS Developer to design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI. The developer will work remotely within the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership on complex projects.
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their iOS Developer position! This is a 3 months contract and will be remote in United States.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI
- Lead complex systems analysis, design, and development as a key individual contributor on sophisticated projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Operations, and Technology staff to define, test, and ship new features
- Direct and monitor less experienced developers, coordinating development tasks on small to large scope projects
- Prepare and manage technical components of project plans, including task assessments and estimated timeframes
- Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms to ensure seamless integration
- Execute detailed test plans, prepare test data, and complete required debugging to ensure application quality
- Prepare comprehensive technical and functional specifications, charts, tables, and diagrams while maintaining systems documentation
- Provide analytical consulting and leadership in identifying new uses of information technologies to meet strategic objectives
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of systems analysis and iOS application development experience with native iOS applications
- Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks including UIKit and SwiftUI
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, test, and ship new mobile features
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on high-level systems analysis and technical development phases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience coordinating between application teams and business units to recommend and implement systems solutions
Pay Range: $69-74+/hr
