iOS Lead Developer – Mountain View, CA (Hybrid, Locals Only)

Job Description:

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid – Locals Only) Employment Type: Visa Independent Candidates Only

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Lead Developer with strong expertise in iOS application development, team leadership, and client‑offshore collaboration. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the iOS platform, hands‑on coding with Objective‑C or Swift, and the ability to lead development teams toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead iOS application development projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Develop software for the iOS platform using Objective‑C or Swift.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs for backend connectivity.
• Apply knowledge of web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Act as a bridge between the client and offshore teams to ensure effective communication and task execution.
• Organize regular meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Understand and communicate client requirements, objectives, and priorities to the development team.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work proactively to resolve challenges.
• Debug and fix defects during all stages of testing, production, and post‑release.
• Collaborate with product management and multiple product/business units to achieve results.
• Use code versioning tools such as Git.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications:

• 7–8+ years of experience developing software on the iOS platform.
• Proficiency in Objective‑C or Swift.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to make decisions independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with ownership of tasks and deliverables.
