What youu2019ll do
- Enable the design and construction of IoT solutions.
- Identify customersu2019 and usersu2019 needs as well as business and stakeholdersu2019 requirements and translate them into product enablement.
- Collaborate with diverse enterprise groups to deliver valuable IoT platform verticals.
- Solution design: Architect and design end-to-end IoT solutions that integrate hardware, software, and cloud services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Be able to cascade across IT.
- Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of IoT solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Marketing & communications:
- Analyze potential markets before product development and launch.
- Craft sales pitches for sales team.
- Build and manage product P&L, forecasts, and operational targets.
Who you are
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to interrelate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience in large IoT and/or cloud projects on the software delivery and consulting services using a structured methodology.
- Agile methodologies awareness and familiarity with Agile tools (preferably Agile PO certified).
- Commercial awareness.
- Project and resource management skills.
- Passionate about transforming lives of digitally excluded consumers, with an ability to uncover needs and design features to serve this unique segment.
- Proficiency in IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), on-premises setups, and IoT services.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C/C++) and scripting.
- Bacheloru2019s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Relevant experience in engineering and software architecture design for 4 years.
