IoT Embedded Software Engineer for Smart Hub

Steelco S.p.A. has a full-time opportunity in its R&D department for a software engineer focused on embedded and operation system-based applications.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain software interfacing with devices and other applications, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Required at least 5 years in a similar role, with a technical education background.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on project requirements. Define, develop, execute, and maintain verification and validation tests, including automated environments. Perform manual end-to-end software testing on machines and systems. Manage software versioning, releases, and documentation. Design, develop, and test software applications on operation system-based target systems and embedded systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Laboratory, Validation, Service, Product Management). Regulatory knowledge includes IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EN 62304, MDR, 21 CFR 820.
