IOT Sales & Service Executive Company: Talent Integrators (opc) Private Limited Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Salary: 18K35K a month Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Meet customers and understand their requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Service Responsibilities Handle customer complaints and service requests promptly. Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Ensure timely closure of service calls. Maintain service records and customer feedback reports. Support AMC/service contract renewals. Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer handling ability. Basic technical understanding of products/services. Ability to work under pressure and travel when required. Team coordination and problem-solving skills. Qualification Diploma/B.Tech/Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 25 years of experience in sales and/or service operations preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in automotive, ATS, automation, industrial equipment, or technical service industries will be an added advantage.
