IoT Senior Solution Architect

• Leading the design and development of innovative IoT solutions tailored for various industries implementing Industry 4.0 strategies, addressing key challenges and opportunities.
• Managing and mentoring the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, defining technical architectures, and developing comprehensive solutions.
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans.
• Preparing and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients' decision-makers and architects, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology strategies and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
• Driving business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development.
• Continuously explores and evaluates modern technologies (AI, streaming, cloud) to improve IoT architectures and platforms.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and developing IoT solutions or Integration solutions based on event-driven architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with IoT and streaming technologies (MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka/Event Hub, real-time data processing)
• Practical experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, including IoT services and cloud-native architectures
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, with a strong emphasis on creating robust and scalable solutions.
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of IoT industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
