IoT Software Engineer

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe in Lombardy seeks an experienced software engineer to analyze and implement software requirements for IoT cloud services, including building management, maintenance, and subscription models.

You will design and develop cloud-based applications across front-end and back-end, build platform functions for HVAC and building systems, implement RESTful APIs, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Analyze and implement software requirements for IoT cloud services. Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications. Build platform functions for HVAC and building systems. Implement RESTful APIs and backend services for device management. Develop web UIs for facility managers. Perform testing, bug fixes, and system validation. Collaborate with product managers, QA, and partners. Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis. 3+ years of software development experience. Hands-on across front-end and back-end web app development. Proficient in Java or C#. Experience with unit testing and code reviews. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or Engineering.
