IP B2B Service Engineer
We are hiring for locals only.
Job Descriptions:
- To monitor B2B/Sub-trunk/FTTH-ODN/MSAN uplink fiber information updating and collecting.
- To update Sub-trunk/FTTH ODN etc. data in FLM system.
- To validate and report progress of Preventive/Corrective maintenance by LSP in timely manner (daily, weekly/Monthly etc...) and of KPI/liquidation damage.
- To work inside or outside fiber/equipment new/old from/to TX2/LSP for handover or inspection or survey. And can go business trip to states/regions if needed.
- To validate and confirm B2B/Sub-trunk/FTTH ODN fiber handover document.
- To perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance and to fix the failure with specific time frame.
- To respond in a timely manner with exact/required information.
- To update SOP/workflow/maintenance report template/file naming rule &format.
- To carry out payment process like PR/PO, new contract, renewal contract.
