IP LAWYER FOR OUR BARCELONA OFFICE
Job Description
We are looking for a lawyer with approximately seven years’ experience in the field of intellectual property for our Barcelona office.
Requirements
- Degree in Law. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
- Seven years’ experience in the Intellectual Property department of a law firm.
- Experience in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings (civil, criminal and administrative) in different areas: trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, business secrets, with knowledge of patents also valued. Experience processing IP applications and registrations: suspensions, oppositions, appeals, applications for nullity and revocation and other related procedures before the different IP offices and institutions at national, EU and international level.
- Expertise managing and coordinating trademark and design portfolios.
- A very high level of English is essential.
