①Position Impact
•We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing and international trade finance to join our dynamic team.
•Candidates should have experience in investor relations and shareholder management at a publicly listed company, as well as the ability to assist with shareholder services and related activities.
•Responsibilities include translating and interpreting English financial statements, shareholder manuals, annual reports, board meeting procedure manuals, and other company-related information and announcements in English.
•The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong business partnering skills, cross-functional collaboration, the ability to effectively influence decision-making, and a strong action- and results-oriented mindset.

②Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial results review for manufacturing and sales business, perform deep-dive variance analysis, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

•Prepare and present insightful executive reporting packages and financial recommendations to cross-functional business partners and C-level executives.
•Investment evaluation and business development involved in investment evaluation, strategic cooperation, and financial management of investment businesses to help improve investment efficiency.
•Perform ad hoc assignments and tasks as required.
③Qualification

• At least 3 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience, preferably with experience in manufacturing and internationally oriented export businesses.
• Strong experience in monthly financial performance reviews for manufacturing and sales operations, including in-depth variance analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Proactive, curious, and resilient in navigating fast-paced environments and managing deadlines.
• Strong internal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence decision-making and demonstrate a strong action- and results-oriented mindset.

o執行臨時性專案及主管交辦事項。

③ 任職資格
•至少 3 年 FP&A（財務規劃與分析）相關工作經驗，具備製造業及國際化出口企業相關經驗者尤佳。
•具備製造及銷售業務每月財務業績檢視的豐富經驗，包括深入的差異分析，並能與跨職能團隊密切合作，確保財務策略與業務目標一致。
•具備進階財務建模及情境分析能力。
•積極主動、具好奇心及韌性，能適應快速變動的工作環境，並有效管理工作時程與期限。
•具備良好的內部溝通及跨職能團隊合作能力，能有效影響決策，並展現高度的行動力與結果導向。
