GPI Security Services is currently hiring Mobile Security Patrol Officers for professional medical office properties in the Irvine area.
Unlike a traditional stationary guard position, this assignment involves actively patrolling multiple nearby properties using a company-assigned security vehicle. Officers also conduct foot patrols, building checks, parking enforcement, and respond to security-related calls throughout their shifts.
We are looking for officers who are alert, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Typical Shift Responsibilities:
• Conduct vehicle patrols between assigned properties.
• Perform foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Check parking structures, lots, stairwells, entrances, and common areas.
• Assist with parking enforcement and property rules.
• Conduct scheduled building and security checks.
• Respond to calls for service, incidents, and unusual activity.
• Verify designated entrances and areas are secure.
• Maintain professional interaction with tenants, visitors, employees, and property management.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift pass-downs.
