IS Manager - system development (Manufacturing) - Calamba Laguna
Salary: ₱95,000 – ₱110,000 per month
JOB SUMMARY
Must be capable of delivering company targets through technology strategy, operational excellence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and human development.
•Manage the operational activities & ensure stable performance environment of IT services, hardware & software in the Philippine facility
•Ensure effective implementation of Information Security based on international standards and GLOBAL policy.
•Ensure compliance with Regional requirements. Report to Regional IS and ISM Japan for the implementation of company's and Global standard systems and Information Security /Cybersecurity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prepares and implements approved plans (system application & operation plans), annual budgets and annual workplan
2.Develop and implement Policies & Guidelines relating to Global Security Policy & International Standards.
3.Manage the implementation of all Global directives regarding network infrastructure, voice & data communication and major application systems (Standard software)
4.Assess the organization’s IT needs and meet them via the selection of the available hardware/ software and services.
5.Ensures the proper maintenance & control of IT equipment & highly cashable IT equipment
6.Coordinate with Regional IS Management in Thailand relating to hardware & software implementation across the region and Regional Information Security Promotion Dept.
Qualifications:
•Preferably graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
•With at least 5 years managerial experience in Information System functions especially Cybersecurity and Infrastructure management preferably in a manufacturing firm
•Experience in the implementation of ERP or any integrated Financial, Distribution & Manufacturing systems on AS/400 environment or any Client server environment
•Experience in Handling Voice & Data communication system.
•Background in web-based application systems and Cloud Environment.
•Background in TS1694 and other International Standards is an advantage
•With strong project management capability, good communication skills, trustworthy, and result oriented
