Job Description​

Saint Luke's in Kansas City is seeking a IS Site Analyst position to support facility operations at Saint Luke's Hospital.

Shift: Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
  • Assists the Site Manager, as a technical resource, in the IS operations of one or multiple sites as assigned.
  • Serves as a technical leader on simple to medium projects as assigned.
  • Assists with mentoring new analysts and technicians.
  • Represents the Site Manager or other more senior staff on project teams as assigned.
  • Performs troubleshooting on all Level 2 problem calls received from the Client Support Center at assigned sites.
  • Client focused position to support voice and data system installations, upgrades and problem resolutions.
  • Maintains sufficient inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware for computer operations.
  • Maintains hard drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site.
  • Provides advice and assistance to end users on the effective utilization of desktop applications. Experience in lieu of college may be substituted.
