ISD Global Support Technician

About the role:

As an ISD Global Support Technician you will perform work across multiple areas and sites, providing support to end-users on a variety of issues. You will resolve technical problems, respond to escalated incidents as well as telephone calls, email, and chat requests for technical support from end-users.

You will report to the ISD Global Regional lead and work on-site in Colombia, SC. This is a second shift role with working hours of 3pm - 11pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check IT ticketing system throughout the day and resolve tickets within designated service level agreement metrics
• Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems within manufacturing production, an office environment, and other sites (if required).
• Notify team members of problem source to support the resolution and escalate.
• Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes to PC, peripherals, telephony, and printer devices.
• Follow standards and procedures for installation of computer hardware and software. Update work instructions where applicable.
• Maintain goals set by manager – Includes Quarterly Reviews.
• Support and Troubleshoot Video Conference equipment.
• Provide technical support for Active Directory and SCCM, along with hands-on assistance for servers and network equipment. Responsibilities may
• include network monitoring, change coordination, configuration management, drawing documentation, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Keep up to date on all required training as assigned in ETAPS and PowerHub.
• Support Virus Remediation and security incident response.
• Manage the local IT asset inventory, stockroom, and CMDB
• Manage on call/afterhours support for responsible office and manufacturing locations (Where Applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience in a related IT Field.
• Professional Certifications: A+ and Network+ Certification helpful
• Experience working with remote control software applications.
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Excellent Problem Solving

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $66,052.51 to $87,167.14 per year. This role is second shift and will include a 5% premium.
