iServer (Enterprise Architecture – iServer Tool Expert)
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the enterprise architecture tool (iServer) in alignment with enterprise architecture governance and operating models.
- Design and implement governance frameworks for managing architectural artifacts within the tool.
- Provide technical support for all iServer platform components.
- Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of the iServer platform.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to support decision-making and governance.
- Manage backup, storage, and version control of architecture data, including publishing and user access management.
- Administer the tool (Administration), including meta-model customization, report configuration, and portal management.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within the iServer environment.
- Develop and configure meta-models aligned with approved architectural standards.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise architecture data within the platform.
- Support compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practice frameworks.
- Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to continuously improve the use of tools, performance, and reporting.
- Participate in awareness and training sessions to promote effective adoption of tools across the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience using enterprise architecture tools and providing related support.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and practices.
- Good knowledge of digital transformation strategies and the role of enterprise architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience using the enterprise architecture tool iServer.
- Experience in managing enterprise architecture documentation, report preparation, and technical administration.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Professional Certifications:
- Enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent).
- iServer tool certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in government or regulatory environments is considered an added advantage.
