Summary
Manages the hospital's information security program end to end — implementation, maintenance, training, and awareness — while providing IT support to hospital staff and external customers. Installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots hardware, networks, and Microsoft systems.
REQUIREMENTS: 2-4 years related experience, Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering,
Experience with technical products used to support the hospital’s technology infrastructure (Vipre Enterprise, virus protection, Microsoft Systems and Office products). Experience with wireless technology is desired,
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of implementation, maintenance, training and awareness for the information security program for the hospital. Provides I/T support to the users (hospital and external customers); interfaces with technical support from contracted vendors; and installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots computer hardware, networks, and associated assemblies.
