ISP/BSP Manager

Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add an ISP/BSP Network Manager to our team in Cameron, WI. The ISP/BSP Network Manager is responsible for leading the engineering and operation of broadband and fiber network infrastructure for both Mosaic Technologies and Helexon, including Helexon's multistate operations, while managing the Network Engineer and Network Technician teams. While the role supports operations across multiple locations, regular onsite presence in Cameron is required to collaborate with teams and support business objectives. The successful candidate understands the importance of network reliability, leadership, customer service, and continuous improvement. Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Lead and support the Network Engineer and Network Technician teams
• Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of Mosaic's ISP/BSP network infrastructure
• Manage network reliability, capacity planning, and service performance
• Lead major network projects, upgrades, and expansions
• Oversee network security, resiliency, and disaster recovery practices
• Manage vendor relationships, network equipment, and budget planning
• Serve as the management escalation point for network operations and major service-impacting events
• Ensure accurate network documentation, standards, and operational procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Seven or more years of ISP, broadband, or network engineering experience
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, fiber optic networks, and broadband technologies
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional networking certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, or similar certifications are preferred
