acens is looking for an IT Account Manager (Zaragoza, Galicia and Madrid)
acens is looking for an IT Account Manager for Zaragoza, Galicia, and Madrid, with more than 5 years of experience in a similar position and a high level of English.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone passionate about the technology world who will be responsible for:
- Marketing acens products and services in the companies and areas assigned by the company, in coordination with Telefónica.
- Achieving the established sales targets, ensuring customer loyalty.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve commercial processes.
- Collecting and passing on to the Commercial Management all the information obtained through client visits about the competition, regarding their products and activities.
- Monitoring the billing of assigned clients, periodically reviewing its evolution in order to detect trends and incidents.
- Reactivating clients from their assigned account portfolio who are at risk of churn or have already churned, by making visits and taking preventive actions, proposing solutions or other alternatives.
What do we value?
- More than 5 years of experience in the commercial side
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, with Cloud knowledge being essential
- Experience with IT products (Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Commercial knowledge and vision
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Communication and negotiation skills with clients (CEO, CIO, CTO...)
- Flexibility and empathy
- Responsibility and commitment
- Sales and negotiation techniques
- English: intermediate - advanced
