- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for IT cloud and IT security products and solutions.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cloud computing and IT security products or solutions based on their business needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, needs assessment, negotiation, deal closure, and account management.
- Collaborate with technical and presales teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor sales pipelines, maintain accurate sales reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on IT cloud, cybersecurity products, market trends, and competitors.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, IT account management, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in selling IT cloud products/services and/or IT security products/solutions.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients (hunting) and manage existing client relationships (farming).
- Good understanding of cloud computing and IT security products or solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Able to collaborate with technical and presales teams to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
