Job Summary

You will manage and maintain IT systems and provide first-level IT support to ensure smooth operations. You will also handle administrative duties supporting various departments and coordinate office logistics to enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted daily operations
  • Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting desktop, printer, email, and system access issues for staff
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to schedule and oversee system upgrades, maintenance, and repairs
  • Manage user accounts, control system access rights, and implement data backup procedures to safeguard information
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software and equipment licensing requirements
  • Procure office supplies, organize filing systems, and maintain records to support administrative efficiency
  • Manage company documentation, correspondence, and perform accurate data entry to support operational needs
  • Support HR and Finance departments by executing assigned administrative tasks promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and other office logistics to facilitate smooth workflows
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications to support management and staff
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are regularly maintained and remain in good working condition
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support organizational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and network troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills to liaise professionally with staff and external vendors
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being resourceful and meticulous
  • Capability to multi-task and manage competing priorities efficiently
