This is a remote position.
The Castillian successfully placed to one of our clients in the Media and Marketing industry is currently involved in:
· Providing Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to the client’s internal teams and supporting users across all regions as the primary IT Administrator for these regions.
· Handling onboarding and offboarding processes and providing user management for different systems according to predefined profiles.
· Providing support for business systems and sites by updating roles and profiles, block listing users, removing users, preparing IT documentation, and performing other system changes as requested by the client.
· Assisting with adhoc and escalated IT issues and ensuring that all support tickets are handled effectively.
· Managing, supporting and administering Internal IT tools and infrastructure to ensure proper configuration and access.
· Monitoring and overseeing Level 1 support provided by their external support vendor.
